Ewa Thomas

masters in economics, her working life began in New Zealand Audit Office (auditor) followed by Philip Morris Poland as Finance Manager. Between 1992-1998 successfully opened & managed the Polish subsidiary of TIMEX Corp. After maternity leave (1999) Ewa started her adventure with executive search working with clients such as: Polpharma, Pliva, Nationwide, HP, Plus GSM. Ewa’s hands-on business experience is a highly valued, rare asset in headhunting world.

Pawel Rogalski

Graduated from Warsaw School of Social Psychology and Warsaw School of Economics. His adventure with Executive Search started at the final year of Psychology Studies. After graduation he moved to dk Executive Search. Being headhunted to KPMG in 2008, he moved to Dubai for the position of Assignment Manager at Executive Search Services Department and worked on international recruitment projects. Since November 2009 focused on Pharmaceutical Sector in Poland under Wheeley & Scott Executive Search brand.
